This event starts with a Happy Hour networking social with beer, wine and gourmet food for everyone in the Axline Court at the San Diego Museum of Contemporary Art in La Jolla. After the networking hour, we will move into the Sherwood Auditorium to listen to three pertinent presentations including “The Outlook for the California Economy and how California Real Estate is Currently Affecting the Budget Outlook,” as presented by the Honorable John Chiang, California State Controller. Prior to John's presentation you will hear “The Current Status of the Southern California Housing Market, the Move from Distressed to Conventional Sales,” as presented by Zillow's Chief Economist, Stan Humphries, Ph.D.
The evening will end with an After-Party dessert social where you can meet and mingle with the speakers and other attendees.
